1. Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will email you back within 2 business days to discuss the problem and sort out a resolution with you, this may involve you sending your items back to us.
3. Refunds: If agreed, your refund will be processed within a few days. We will probably ask you for a bank account to refund the payment to less the shipping fees.
4. Exchanges: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your earrings for another pair, then please contact us to discuss this.
5. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if asked to return them. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
